Built - in, 0.35 x 1.0 LCD
Digital Display Meter, for location of
acupuncture and trigger points.
The meter reading increases in relative value
from 1 to 500 (at max. sensitivity setting) due
to lowering of electrical resistance of the skin
at the acu - point locations. The Pointer Excel
indicates the point location with sound and a
green light located on the top of the unit.
Point location sensitivity is adjustable for
best accuracy.

Immediately after a point is
accurately located, electo-stimulation to the
point can be delivered by pushing the black
button on the top of the device. The stimulation
intensity is adjustable, based on the setting
selected on the output dial. Selection can be
made either
normal milli - amp. output or micro - amp
output.

The frequency is adjustable
(1 to 16 Hz.) Also displayed on the LCD Digital
Display, when the stimulation button is pressed.
A polarity selection - reversal switch offers
the options of points tonification with (-)
sedation or (+) treatments.

Pointer Excel features two
grounding plates, allowing convenient use of
this device with either right or left hands as
well as hand probe with grounding pole and long
attaching wire. Two probe tips are included for

Through Acupuncture Needles:
The AWQ-105 Pro is the newest electro-therapy unit in the AWQ line, featuring 4 e-stim output channels and an
additional channel dedicated to the search-to-treat probe.
The 4 e-stim channels are separated into two groups (group 1
- channels 1 & 2, group 2 - channels 3 & 4) allowing each
group to vary their frequency and pulse width independently.
The unit also offers three pulse modes (continuous, modulate
and burst), a hi/low voltage switch, 3 LCD displays, a 15/30
minute timer and built in anti-shock safety feature (note:
timer and anti-shock alarm play a tune when triggered). The
unit is powered by 6 C cell batteries or the included a/c
adapter. This Stimulation Featuring a
unique search-to-treat probe, the AWQ-105 Pro allows the
practitioner to locate and immediately stimulate the point
by using the probe's stimulation capabilities. Two
interchangeable tips are provided for the probe, used for
ear and body points. The probe measures 6" x 0.7" dia. and
has a 6' long power chord. Accessories include:
search-to-treat probe with grounding pole, body and ear
probe tips, 4 sets of TENS lead wires, 8 duck beak clips,
a/c adapter and instructions. There is a 1 year limited
warranty on this device.

Acupuncture Pen
is a dual-purpose handheld device for both clinic

acupoint location as well as

emits a low-intensity electric current
(micro current) to stimulate the acupuncture points,
which makes this method especially simple, clean,
painless, gentle and ideal for people sensitive to
acupuncture needling. The duration as well as the
intensity of stimulation of a given acupuncture
point is individually adjustable. The simulation
time is either individually selected or preset to 15
seconds or 30 seconds.
When the intensity slide switch is at highest (+)
position, the tip voltage is 250Vp-p +15%;
when the intensity slide switch is at lowest (-)

when the Acupuncture Pen is used for

The AWQ-104L is able to display and fine tune
frequency selection through two separate ranges: 1

also indicated by sound and light.
Unit also features: 4 independently controlled

New integrated circuitry assures no interference or

professional, hi-tech, dual featured, 5 mW laser pen
with solid state diode. Both continuous and pulsed mode
(2 Hz) are offered in the same unit. The unit is
operated by a one button "push" control feature allowing
for quick transition from continuous to pulsed mode. The
button close to the aperture gives a continuous mode
laser beam while the button close to the pocket clip
gives a pulsed mode laser beam. The unit will project a
visible, coherent, bright red 670nm infrared laser beam
65 feet in a well lit room (300 feet in a dark room).
Compact, lightweight and ergonomically shaped for easy
and accurate use. Unit includes a black nylon travel
case with Velcro enclosure. Measures 5 in x 1.2in x

Laser using 904 nm wave length continuous and
super-pulsed laser diodes. 904 nm achieve 4 times deeper
penetration than 630 nm and 33% deeper than 830 nm
lasers. Super-pulsing also reaches deeper than
continuous wave. For reference, Light Emitting Diode
(LED's) are also an inexpensive light source, however,
LEDs are not coherent and do not penetrate as deeply.
A 1998 study of 904 laser vs LEDs
showed laser light penetration as deep as 8" into
tissue. The LED could not measure at even 1/2 inch.
Coherence adds a push to go deep!
The 2400 XL uses a
state-of-the-art computer control offering continuous as
well as six Nogier frequencies (73, 146, 292, 584, 1168,
and 3800 Hz), plus sweep frequency mode. Portable 6.25"
x 6" x 3" unit includes rechargeable industrial battery
(recharges overnight), instruction manual, video
demonstrating ease of operation, and suggested protocols
for various veterinary applications. One year warranty
on base and probes.
Super-Fine Probe: 5 mm dia. tip long is
also super-pulsed with 30 watt peak power and is ideal
for acupuncture point stimulation and inaccessible areas
(ideal for small animals). Uses 3,000 strands of optical
glass.
The Ultra-Wide Head has 4 super-pulsed 30 watt peak
power diodes for treating larger areas, including deep
