Confirmed reservations which are cancelled before Twenty One (21) calendar days of your Check-In date will result in a $100.00 CANCELLATION FEE. This Cancellation Fee will be subtracted from the initial payment.
A cancellation within twenty-one (21) calendar days (or less) before your Check-In date, will result in a  charge of one-hundred percent (100%) of your payment (  NO REFUND OF YOUR PAYMENT)
There are NO REFUNDS for early departures. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for reservations on Holiday Dates which includes Spring Break.  Absolutely.  NO Refunds if :  "the weather was not cooperating",  "the ocean water was to warm" or "to cool", "the tequila was to strong" ...... or any other reason.

Deposit is $150.00, IT WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU AFTER CONDO INSPECTION: NO DAMAGE MADE TO THE APARTMENT,  FURNITURE OR APPLIANCES, NO MISSING  ITEMS, LEFT IN CLEAN CONDITION.

Cleaning Cost
