Confirmed reservations which are cancelled before Twenty One (21) calendar days of your check in date will result in a $100.00 CANCELLATION FEE. This Cancellation Fee will be subtracted from the initial payment.
A cancellation within twenty-one (21) calendar days (or less) before your checkin date, will result in a  charge of one-hundred percent (100%) of your payment (  NO REFUND OF YOUR PAYMENT)
There are NO REFUNDS for early departures. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for reservations on Holiday Dates which includes Spring Break.
