Orthodontic wax forms which can be used with orthodontic metal teeth, and orthodontic articulator.
The orthodontic teeth can be inserted into the wax forms.
Wax Forms - select in in the drop down menu: Class I, Class I (w/o 2nd molar), Class II Div I, Class II Div II, Class III. Please select Wax Form, specify which Class you need
Optional- Articulator. Upper and lower articulator to hold the wax forms in place while you pole mount for accurate patient simulation. Includes Pole Mount Adapter
Optional- Orthodontic 28 teeth anatomically rooted metal teeth for the orthodontic wax forms. Teeth with epoxy resin on the crown surface. The teeth set is compatible with our wax forms with concave indentations on the facials used for greater bonding strength.
